Good Morning,

The stock is building as we go..This morning a strong open on volume and all buys at the ask of .0035..All 4 mm on the bid are sitting now at .0025 with 5 mm and 3 at .004 on the ask moved up.

I have also addressed the news releases this morning with the company..It appears that PRs are not getting to main financial websites and brokerage houses..I've recommended to the company that they use Businesswire.com..Their current subscriber is M2.com out of the UK and appears is only targeted to certain key markets..They will look into this.

I expect us this week to break .005 by Friday..This company is definitely heading above pennies..The new setup I have recommended for news releases will certainly gave us the exposure which now is very limited..

The company continues to buyback program and with current revenue the need to sell shares will probably not be a factor.

If you noticed in your DD the filings of the Audit report has been made this past May and the current quarterly financials will be made public..

The company is on track to be fully compliant and this as well will go a long way towards shareholders equity.

At the current prospect and all what the company has going for it,I can only surmize that we will be a major player in the lending market..

There is a very good chance that this issue could be trading in the .10 to .25 range before the end of the year.Many factors will determine this and one is the current O/S that connot be to much higher..The other is filing the financials and that is currently being worked on..

For us shareholders,this is a ground floor opportunity at these levels..We have all encountered losses from other issues and in my opinion this issue CHNW can give you back these losses and then some..Take advantage and role into the holiday season with a winner and make 2007 a great start.
