Front page article in Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on Friday, May 18th addressed a problem with Cryptocurrency Firms raising money; "Show Hallmarks of Fraud"
WSJ: " In review of documents produced for 1,450 digital coin offerings, WSJ [sic] has found 271 with red flags ..." I believe that non-existent addresses is an issue; among others.
SEC has issued warnings to investors.
