Just saw the Reverse Split News. Was this done Fraudulently? I don’t recall seeing a SEC Reporting Company do a Reverse Split on Shareholders without issuing a Proxy regardless if they have 51% Majority or not.

Shouldn’t there have been a Preliminary then a definitive before the Reverse Split? Unless it’s posted somewhere and I didn’t see it.

If I am correct then Finra should not have allowed this and SENY should be fully investigated.

Not bashing just trying to learn how this was pulled off.
