A serious partner to me is a company the can bring money and know how to the table without "creative financing" which can get very complicated and EXPENSIVE.

Going through the TNGL press releases since 2013; it is apparent that the financing comes from a dedicated group of accredited investors who provide the money in exchange for shares at a discounted price.
