Apparently, Robert Garcia also advised Mexus in 2013, when they were being ripped off by Ken the Nigerian at San Felix. Too late though, they had already been taken to the cleaners and tricked into paying off Ken's bad debts.
The comment about M. Martinez & Company (MarMar) implies that with the eviction of MarMar from the Santa Elena, the JV goes away, and the entire lease of the concession is in the hands of Mexus. That would be great if gold was being produced, at a profit......bit it isn't. And what it doesn't explain is how Mexus will pay for their own share, and MarMar's too.......when Mexus is essentially broke. Leasing concessions is not free.
