To my understanding, ADHC CEO cleaning up company, no?
For the betterment of the company AND shareholders.
How many companies in OTCs have an actual product? How many are actually generating revs? How many are in debt?

From what I've seen, many are in debt. 0 revs. Bloated SS. And no product and no catalysts to come.

On the other hand, ADHC. Acquisition is to be completed soon, float is nice, share reduction happened recently.
Am I missing something?
