Sorry, but my posts are always factual - from the Friedland complaint:

In June 2014, Friedland and his wife hosted a dinner at their home in Denver, Colorado, where a presentation was made about the developing field of medical marijuana research by a doctor who later became OWC’s chief science officer. The guests at this dinner included approximately 25 potential investors, among them doctors and business people, two of whom made private investments in OWC (then called Dynamic Applications) via subscription agreements shortly after the dinner at Friedland’s house.

And from a 8-K in July 2014:

"Effective July 15, 2014, the Registrant appointed Mr. Mordechi Bignitz, age 62, as the Registrant's Chief Executive Officer and President." https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/sec-filings/10102395/content/html

Ouch that had to leave a mark - but wait there 9is much more.

"Under the direction of Drs. Yehuda Baruch and Alan Shackelford, OWC's management team is working with its research partners to identify and prioritize investigations into several health-related medical conditions they believe will respond positively to our Cannabis-based Prospect Products."

And for the quarter ending on June 30, 2015 Shackelford is missing from the filings.

But in a 8-K filed on October 14, 2015 it stated the following: "On October 14, 2014, OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. (the "Registrant") received a Letter of Resignation from and accepted the resignation of Dr. Alan Shackelford" I will give Bignitz the benefit of not proof reading the 8-K.

Baruch has been around from the beginning - and is still with OWCP.

If OWCP was so great why did Shackelford resign?
