This stock has certainly just been stuck in this narrow sideways Channel. I just don't see a catalyst for it to head north unless there is some type of substantial and validated confirmation of a merger or buyout. Simply because a company has substantial cash on hand, but no business model, does not necessarily mean its share price is going to recover
