Nothing to understand. The company (all four of them) are fake, ergo the emails are fake. Makes no difference about their origin.
Easy peasy.

So much wrong going on in such a small space with this one. If the company is so called "fake" please provide something of substance that could prove this.

It absolutely makes a difference about their origin, btw! We are going off a P/R that lists the email address for HDIH. FINRA is aware of this company and they have information about the merger that is, was, or is to be completed.
