"It would be great to see how you are making such definitive claims"

I made no definitive claims. Odds, by their nature, are not definitive. I simply said the odds look very low, that MediaCoin will provide a profit to SEGI shareholders:

Based on the meager evidence I've seen, I estimate that MediaCoin has a less than 1% chance of providing any significant profit to SEGI shareholders. What is the technical differentiation MediaCoin has compared to the thousands of other block-chain designs? So far, it appears to me, that there is nothing they have that the market will accept as a significant differentiator.

Here's a link to a blockchain investment consulting company ranking 64 companies with active blockchain projects. Scroll down towards the bottom of the linked page to see the table of companies and their rankings*. Most of these companies have been working on blockchain projects for many years. http://www.realitysharesadvisors.com/indexes/blockchain-index/

This list only includes large companies. There are literally thousands of startup companies working on blockchain software.

--------------------------

Jeff Frieberger (president of MediaCoin LLC) appears to have started getting involved with blockchain technology in 4Q 2017 (e.g. the mediacoinllc.com website was created on 2017-12-26). Immediately prior to that time, his prime focus appears to have been Virtual Reality. To the best of my knowledge, Jeff hasn't described how he will compete in the blockchain technology marketplace. Small company, with limited resources, late to market, can't or won't describe differentiation. Therefore, my investment evaluation was easy: low odds of success. No need to dive into technical details (even if they were available) unless the big picture looks promising.

--------------------------

* Open disclosure: I retired from IBM after working for them for 32 years as an employee. My first job with IBM (straight out of grad school) was as a Systems Engineer. I designed, wrote and installed the software for Los Angeles County's first computer aided fire dispatch system. That was a long time ago, but I'm still a pretty decent software developer (albeit now it's a hobby). But I have much more experience in managing sales and marketing teams and working with large high-tech organizations.

P.S. I'm not trying to trash Jeff. There just isn't enough MediaCoin information available to rationally invest in anything based on it for me. Jeff may be able to deliver very successful software and I genuinely hope that he succeeds. But, even if he does, the resultant SEGI stockholder benefit isn't clear. I'm also not trying to bash SEGI. The truth is, I no longer care. I made my decision and sold my SEGI shares. And I'm not a trader. Good luck to all.
