Tony doesn't have a record of success, does he?.......

He's been promising FINS for 4 years now, and you can't even order products online securely. It's like Bob's legacy is continuing through Tony.

Apple Rush Co. Inc. announces acquisition by LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc

Tony Torgerud, CEO of Applied Herbaceuticals, stated, “We are entering a new era for the entire LiveWire family of brands and are approaching these new challenges with renewed vigor. I believe this opportunity will allow us to drive shareholder value within the entire LiveWire
family of brands. We will be working on audited financials for the past two years over the next couple of months and have plans to have them completed within the guidelines of the SEC and Finra,” continued Torgerud.

What in the world could have gone wrong?

Due to the complicated and difficult nature of the due diligence and other requirements to complete the transaction, the parties to the agreements have agreed to postpone the closing of the transaction. The Company believes the closing will occur on or about November 30, 2014. The Company believes that because the transaction was not completed, the requirement to consolidate any financial information of Apple Rush and to present historical audited financial statements of Apple Rush has not been met as of the date of this filing.

As of September 30, 2014, the Company has incurred costs totaling $64,549 related to the Apple Rush transaction.

But don't fret, you can still get these products here, but you have to call or send an email. No way to conduct a secured transaction.

That must be really impressive to novices. But I guess you have to tip your hat to recent run up in share price. The question is it sustainable? I guess time will tell.
