(Sloppy)Failed Pfizer beat us to the punch and filed their Failed Troxyca first.

Since their Failed Troxyca turned out to be a disaster, (Sloppy) Failed Pfizer discontinued it.

Kinda makes a person wonder about a very similar formulation Pfizer has out....... Embeda. Wonder if the FDA will ever get around to discovering Embeda can probably be abused in the same way Troxyca was abused.... or maybe not.... but my guess is that it can since the only difference in the formulation is the API morphine.

Doc let me know how much Pfizer spent on Embeda and Troxyca and how much they take in on Embeda sales.
Yeah...... not much. that is if they don't end up pulling Embeda for the same reason they pulled Troxyca.
Drug companies hate formulations that fail.... Wyeth and phen phen was a disaster for Wyeth. Pfizer may be following the same path with its abuse deterrent opioid formulations. One down and one to go........
