Definitive proof that Royal Capital Group was started by, run by and controlled by David Foley via his wife. Alert FINRA, the SEC and the Feds - NTEK filed financials for years giving tens of millions of shares to Royal Capital Group while claiming in their reports that they were unaffiliated. Tens of millions of shares. Millions of dollars worth illegally sent from husband to wife for bogus loans. Unbelievable. Followed by the 30 million after the reverse split.
I'll be sending this proof of completely illegal collusion to all authorities as well as the attorneys for Long Side Ventures and the other 10 enforcement creditors that have sued and won verdicts in the various courts first thing Monday. I'm sure they'll all be very interesting by this bit of news.
Nice try though running this scam via South Dakota Foley. Problem is, Ms. Foley used another drop box false front temp office in their own home town. Whoops.
