Limits are great for stop losses and to lock in profit, they are in fact an excellent trading behavioural management tool that instils discipline to an individual who may get greedy. However, any model you use needs to be dynamic enough to be able to change with prevailing circumstances. I don't think you have a such a parameter in your model.
The change in circumstances with TNEN now participaing in a major well with a major player changes the game. You now need to factor in the increased probability of return, similar to a Kappa risk because you do not know when they will announce they have been successful.
I believe that the dumpers of this stock are going for more vulnerable stocks now that this one has a solid grounding and is making progress with synergistic partners and participants.
