where is this money coming from?????? seriously! where where where where where is all this month coming from? from the company that had NEGATIVE cash at bank of -$3,500,000.00 last December before the toxic "garrett-group" financing????

they ended the year with around $500K at bank AFTER taking the $4MM onto the balance sheet!

you think this is evidence of ability to pay out cash?????? even the "consulting fee" paid for the TOXIC LOAN was paid in MORE SHARES!!!!!!!

after 20 years in the securities business and over 6 years in the PRC doing corporate advisory I can tell you...... there's nothing behind this shell shock except the desire to issue more shares. you are getting screwed.
