If you visit their DISCLOSURE at OTC Markets......nothing

has been filed for years, though Tony has said they "will be" filed for over a year. Not maybe or we're considering it, but that they "will be" filed.

It reminds me of the actions of the companies mentioned below that were also dishonest with shareholders.

Enron, Fanny and Freddie, WAMU, AIG, Bear Stearns.....
