thanks, TK. a good stock can take any punch, and be stronger for it. i choose to think of IGNE as a big board play in the making.

i could be totally wrong. maybe we all own garbage, but for the reasons stated, i'm leaning toward a gem.

what could go "wrong" here? let's examine that.

think in terms of market cap, not share price.

as this process continues, we could see the dreaded reverse split.

hold on, maybe for effect i should bold that. and... cue the scary music...

we could see THE DREADED REVERSE SPLIT!!!!!!!!!

yep, we sure could, and if so, who cares? i'd buy any dip.

with 1,565,404,297 shares outstanding we'd have a $1.5 billion market cap at a buck a share, right? enormous, and yet not very attainable or sustainable.

but how would it play out if they did a 1 for 10 RS? anyone with 10M shares ends up with 1M. and the market cap at $1/share is within easy reach for a young big board play, only $150M. so maybe after a split with a much smaller float, we'd uplist and get to $5 or more.

for this reason, i hope they do a split. in the chaos of that, a lot of flippers would let go, and the float would consolidate into stronger hands. fingers crossed.

on the other hand, let's say they don't do THE DREADED REVERSE SPLIT!!!!!!!!! at .01/share that's a 15M market cap, .05/share is about $78M. both are within easy reach, but what are these distinguished players going to do with a stock trading at a nickel, or even a dime? it might be the king of the OTC, but it ain't no big board listing, and i would expect more from this group of old wall street insiders than that.

so let's check off the "bad" possibilities, one at a time. we stared an RS in the face and realized it was a win-win, either way. that's the mark of a good stock. IGNE for the win.
