Absolutely it will. Most of the OS is locked in long hands and 13Gs. Tradable float is probably less than 200 mill which is why this trades so thin. A good PR will be the catalyst here- details of the restructuring, new revenues, elimination of debt or all of the above is all this needs to propel over a penny. Personally- release a little at a time, let the stock create a higher base off each new PR, then drop the A-Bomb PR regarding an agricultural / fleet management contract- which I’m sure is coming. Big things happening here.
