I didn't know you had a public company that even had the ability to submit "BS public filings". You've allowed the rumor to persist off and on that you consult to one, but I wasn't aware that you authored their public information statements...press releases and fillings. I thought that that company's BS public fillings were the handiwork of its management.

I don't like the choices, but if I had to make one solely on reported operational activity I'd rather invest in one that has more than $1,018 in Revenues in its latest quarter.
I wouldn't want to bet on the reliability of either company's financial statements but I found it interesting that there was only a $5K difference in operating loss between the two companies and even less of a qualitative difference in their CEOs as measured by their respective performance. This CEO does make a far more compelling effort with his bullshit, though. He's trying a lot harder in that department than your best bud.
