I'm not sure what they are up to. But they could announce some sort of quarterly dividend plan in the 10-Q. Peter already told me that something like that in the 10-Q would be prominently featured in the (headline) of the upcoming press release.

But I want more. How hard can it be to announce a first dividend payment in july and the 2nd one some time in November. 5 cents. If not by tuesday, in the next several weeks.

It's all a matter of efficiency. I want to see the company grow fast in Shenwan and Yangjiang as much as Solomon does. But I also want the company and its shareholders to survive, and get their reward.

If they do this properly, we may even get a short squeeze. Who knows.
