We have entered into an at market issuance sales agreement, or sales agreement, dated as of May 18, 2018, with B. Riley FBR, Inc. or B. Riley FBR, relating to the shares of our common stock offered by this prospectus supplement and the accompanying prospectus. In accordance with the terms of the sales agreement, we may offer and sell shares of our common stock from time to time through B. Riley FBR having an aggregate offering price of up to $100.0 million.
