LETTER TO MANAGEMENT It is not too late to reset the “bonus shares.” 40 million reduced to 20 million. 40 million was 10 percent of outstanding. This was a terrible lack of judgement. There is no way to “spin” this as a good thing. “Reward”, “Employee Retention”, “Years of hard work.” While all of these things are true, there is such a thing as excess, as too much, as overreach, as unbalanced. The marketplace agrees with me. It is time to show some empathy and put yourselves in the shoes of the investor. Fair and balanced.
