Unfortunately, retail CS reps have no knowledge of behind the scene workings. In the real world, that info is kept under NDA so don’t get that confused with a simple google search anyone can do. Honestly, there seems to be confusion about the skiq and others with a similar name (sky q) with most of the phone carrier reps anyway. Let’s just be real for a minute. There’s no way possible as a smart investor, you’re 100% sold on this company and believe everything a mystery man behind a twitter account says with so so so many red flags. Impossible!
