I googled Capstone Connected Surfaces and found they filed a trademark on April 12, 2018 . The trademark is pending and under the Goods and services Class #009 which shows as computer tablets.
I then clicked to see their other trademarks and which class they were under and the bulbs and LEDS seemed to be all under class 11 except the power failure , secret diary (blast from the past) trademarks which were also under class 009.
Will keep an eye on the application and see if any new info comes out.
