I know most think the Evans dividend is a joke, and there are no guarantees that they will get close to these numbers, but excluding the payment for the $500,000 (since I have no clue what that will be) it really doesn't look that bad.

From the filing, http://biz.yahoo.com/e/060919/evsy.ob8-k.html, the 40 million represents 50.1% of the OS of Evans which means that the total is about 80 million. If Telecents actually does meet their projected earnings stated in the PR, this will equal about 0.0084 EPS. Multiple this times a PE of 15 equals 0.126. If they acquire another company before the end of the year, as promised, that contributes an equal amount then maybe, (hope, hope) it will trade in the 0.20-0.25 cent range. If all of this actually happens, if you bought HISC at 0.006, for every 30 cents you got 50 shares plus 1 share of EVSY which might almost equal what you paid for the HISC shares.

Maybe I'm dreaming, and of course JMO.

Luck, Tejas
