If Telecents actually does meet their projected earnings stated in the PR, this will equal about 0.0084 EPS. Multiple this times a PE of 15 equals 0.126. If they acquire another company before the end of the year, as promised, that contributes an equal amount then maybe, (hope, hope) it will trade in the 0.20-0.25 cent range. If all of this actually happens, if you bought HISC at 0.006, for every 30 cents you got 50 shares plus 1 share of EVSY which might almost equal what you paid for the HISC shares.
