Lol how would you know? Which SOS did you look at? May want to do so deep DD on this one. The O/S is probably around 1.4 B on this one if you go back and research it. But who really knows anything since there have been NO filings in like 4 years. Careful here. A lot of hype and zero to back it up! The CEO started up another Bio under an LLC.
