Because that is when all those promises of dividend distribution in shares / cash and buybacks began. While Solomon signed and concealed for months the agreement with ECAB.

Also is the period that I know and since I am a shareholder, if you know more facts for which you could sue Solomon, I will be happy to hear you and to expand that period.
