I hope you're right. There's this possibility too - they put that reverse split opportunity out there for a vote. Then they release good news. Maybe they're waiting to see how much the news affects the stock, then will take the R/S off the table, at least temporarily. I dunno - just very interesting timing with these three separate releases.
