Hello,

Looks like MRMD is 1.92 now and WDDD owns about 4300000 shares so=8250000 approx. Wddd has about 60 million shares outstanding now so 8250000/60000000= 14 cents a share. What 1 million or so of cash or cash equivalent right? 1/60~2 cents. So around 16 cents total. I think this poster's valuation just accounts the MRMD stake and then a multiplier of 2 to get to 28 cents but that is my take.
