I live in San Joaquin Valley, California...bread basket to the world & 5th largest economy on planet earth.

When it comes to organic waste, brother we got it.

I left a voicemail on Mr. Wellington service explaining that Stanisluas County is in dire need of organic waste solutions (true). We heard of a company called EcoloCap and wish to learn more about BioArt (I did). I left my contact information.

I am sure he 1st verified my number & that I was indeed "linked" to the County.

I got a call back and spoke with him directly.

Mr. Wellington shared with me very specific information. No less than 40 tons of waste is waiting to be processed at Choice North Farms. Choice North Farms going through a ownership transition due to be completed in...you guessed it "June". A 15 ton unit will be installed this summer. Even got an invite to Canada.

I feel justified in my actions, because EcoloCap should have just told the truth & not gave investors a panic attack or tried to smash down the stock price via playing the silence game. I can be slick to.

No, we should not try to bite the hand that feeds us.

It is wrong to intentionally withhold financials or news to make sure the stock price stays at 0.0001 until deals are completed. However; in the end investors will win.
