LAM was issued 74,146,000 shares already. If everything goes according to plan and LAM can start dumping until it's over a penny, these are the only shares they will need. .013 pps will give LAM all the money they need.

Johnny B can get this current any time now and push this over a penny so LAM can do no dilution damage by needing more shares if they dump at these levels.
