Ouch PPS down to .0034 hmmmm, unverified and very doubtful claims of GB attendance and financing announcements. You would think with such a great idea as a brand new refinery and a congressman backing and 39 milestones and just days away from this monumental completion, PPS would be just a teeny weeny itsy bitsy higher. Say, at least .10. But alas it can't even hold .004. The market must be waiting on proof on GB attendance.
