tom said they were invoicing from the 20mil that was in the contract between dpt and bvtk as they reach goals in the project . will if we are invoicing on these goals that are reached dpt should be making some revenue but now dpt says they are not making revenue so how can we be invoicing from a deal with a company that has no revenue? this is just my opinion on the matter.
