IMO the SEC is going through the motions of an investigation only because the Stefanovic's have demanded one. Once they present their loony, paranoid conspiracy theories and fail to prevail they'll add the SEC to their loooong list of those who are out to get them.

IMO deceiving and wasting the time of the SEC will get this ticker permanently revoked.
