Morning Wrinkles,

I hope your feeling better. Yeah falling after 60 aint the same as it was at 30 lol. That being said, the better shape we are in the better we can handle it. I'm 65 and still climbing ladders and scaffolds better than most guys 1/2 my age. Balance is my friend but if ya black out there is none and gravity can suck.

With SGD/H it seems to be all about finally getting the construction of the MJ kitchen started. News of an actual building permit would go a long way not to mention actually breaking ground. Then we see a fair pop. At least that is what I think.
