So to continue ( ran out of printing space) , with sales growing and the tipping point of profit being reached there should be no need for a R/S at this time.

Another point TJ for NOT doing a R/S is that when you do reach the larger Boards, deep pocket hedge funds, large broker house, ect. want to purchase stocks with " Larger" floats so that they can buy and sell with ease. They sure do not want to buy a stock that they cannot re=sale easily because it has such a SMALL float that the daily volume will not support large volume trading. Here we are talking large volume trades- 25K, 50K or more every day by dozens of large broker dealers. They need good companies with large stock structures. No, their float right now is jut getting to the needed size. It certainly is not to large. They just need more sales

The old adage-- Water seeks its own level. When a company makes money the share price may fluctuate with news ect., but it will seek its real value bases on its profits.
