Calvin Wallen fraud = final CVBT death. In response to the idiotic comment by BarcaOz suggesting that Calvin Wallen III being sued for bankruptcy fraud in multiple cases by the bankruptcy trustee for Tauren Exploration has no bearing on CVBT, all I can say is, anyone else in the real world would understand this is likely the final kiss of death for CVBT, which already appears to be dead.

Put another way: If you were a prospective CVBT investor who otherwise liked the opportunity, would you put a penny into a company where the primary shareholder and leader of the company was found guilty of fraud in another situation? Hell no! No rational investor would.

I spoke with a friend who is a high-powered corporate attorney at a major firm. He said to me: "Its been my experience that bankruptcy trustees do not bring these sorts of cases against defendants unless they fully have the proof."

I still don't know what the case is about. But it is a matter of public record, so we won't have to speculate on what happens.

It's clear to me that if CVBT wasn't already dead, it will be once and for all if Calvin Wallen is convicted of bankruptcy fraud.
