One characteristic of a non-scam company is one with a positive cash flow and a positive Shareholder Equity.....There are lots and lots of companies with either one or both a negative cash flow or a negative Shareholders Equity, and by this accord, ICBU may have been so in the past, but now that ICBU is establishing itself in a more homogeneous industry niche of mining/marketing minerals & ores, it can no longer be said that ICBU is a scam company.
