No, it's not wrong to say. In the event they can no longer raise money to continue operating, they could go out of business. That is not bankruptcy. Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 bankruptcy is filed when you can no longer pay your company debt. They have none. Bankruptcy and failure to continue as an operating entity are two completely different things. Besides, at some point when it got close to the day they could't continue operating, someone would take them over. They would continue to hold patents, etc., long after ceasing operations, making them valuable (somewhat) to someone.
