You are incorrect in your interpretation in my opinion. I’ve personally heard IR firms report that financials are in hand and waiting release. There is no disclosure considering financials have specific release dates that are expected to be met established by authoritarian establishments. It’s a generic response to a generic question. Your wasting your time and responding to your post about regulation violations is also a waste. Financials were already due and expected, that’s a given since it’s assumed the company is legit. Go bark up a legal tree and see where it gets you. Most likely a laugh. Blah blah
