You said biannual,means twice a year, so you now say every other year, 2 year periods.

Please post a PR or anything that validates your now once every two year stock split. Could be, just have not been able to find it.

I already posted one link that says none, and it primary website for stock splits.

It also shows none.

That date was before Carl took over. So how can Carl be RSing the stock when there is no record of any RS at all in in 17 months?, and none ever since he became CEO?
