Just believed to be market makers communicating w/ one another.

It's one of many "signals" MMs use to tell others what they're gonna do or want others to do, I suppose.

So a 911 trade is thought to mean "Pending News/Press Release On The Way".

Aside from that, it's just a normal trade.
