Ironically, PTSC changed to PTSCE because of delayed filings but the stock price moved up because of some fundamentals related news.

They did the filings recently and the symbol changed back from PTSCE to PTSC. However, the stock went down in the last two days because of details discolsed in filings.

What does this tell you?

Gosh, if we got to buy and sell stock because of 'E', we would be rich many times over......
