SPCL. I am kinda inclining to the fact that NK really did a sloppy job rather than being intentional to let SPCL slide to the grays and eventually gettting delisted. Why the drama of releasing 8k saying financials will be out in weeks and how can we explain constant big bidders buying up 100's of thousand dollars worth of pink sheet stock unless they know something we don't. Anyway let's hope mgmt comes through in 10 days.
