New development in th ARYC vs Taub case as of May 14th:

ORDER: Parties are ordered to appear via telephone for a conference on May 24, 2018 at noon to discuss parties' dispute regarding consent to have trial before Magistrate Judge Cott. SO ORDERED. The judge is now getting ready to read the Schena's lawyer the riot act for refusing at the last minute to file a consent to go to trial.

Clearly the Schena's are trying desperately to delay the trial. Something in the Taub case is scaring the SH** out of them.

If financials are ever filed it will be only after this mess is resolved.

Sad but true.
