Exactly...and shareholders will just have to sit here and hope for the best, and receive nothing. It also appears ECOS has no intention of spending anything further on financial reporting..no nt 10Q?

Don't overlook the fact that in pinkyland, a trading suspension and subsequent revocation of the ticker, accomplishes the same thing as a RS or BK.
