Nott to worry, there's always that third try at TLPS for this turd pennyscam.

Can't bleeve this turd is still above a nickel. Apparently folks aren't good at math and haven't done the calculation for the crushing amount of dilution that occurs if the 'deal' (which benefits only Jay M. personally at the expense of existing shareholders) goes ahead. Hence the lawsuits.

Oh well, Ajit Pai to the rescue of TLPS, right?
