It does make you wonder when a former employee/executive buys a large lot of shares like that. Was there a plan to destroy the share price then buy at the bottom? If there was then people should go to jail. But I wonder why Dan would buy in January at around $3 per share and before the issuing of more shares. Just my thoughts.
