Tetra Natural Health Signs a Supply Agreement with Namaste Technologies for the Marketing and Distribution of Rx Princeps™, its Premium Medicinal Cannabis Product

OTTAWA, May 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tetra Natural Health a division of Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc. (“Tetra” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:TBP) (OTCQB:TBPMF) and - Namaste Technologies Inc. (“Namaste” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:N) (FRA:M5BQ) (OTCMKTS:NXTTF) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Supply Agreement ( the “Supply Agreement”) for the sale and distribution of Rx Princeps™ the medicinal cannabis brand of Tetra Natural Health, a division of Tetra Bio-Pharma (“Tetra Bio-Pharma”)(TSX-V:TBP) (OTCQB:TBPMF), whereby Namaste will purchase Rx Princeps™ from Tetra Natural Health which will be sold through Namaste’s wholly owned subsidiary Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes (“ACMPR”) medical cannabis “sales-only” facility, Cannmart Inc. (“Cannmart”). The agreement also includes the sales of Tetra Natural Health’s specially designed inhalation device, air filters and its Munchies B Gone gum.
