....off the record, we advised the BK TRUSTEE on a few measures....

.....and we confirm that his counsel used at least two points of contention (1. that the ITR languished in full CONTROL of the holding company for two years and could have been donated to the US Treasury or actually declined...and the FDIC didn't even ask about it.....and 2. haynes mentioned to the A/CT that the FDIC was only seeking a 'non-code, case-law precedent' by pursuing the ITR so aggressively.......................

....we ALSO advised the uwbi BK CT TRUSTEE that, imo, UNITED WESTERN BANK could revive its appeal of amy's SJ against the OCC by requesting that the bank's appeal be 'enjoined' or combined with the MARTINEZ appeal...........never heard back and we asked that BuckleySandler be involved in both..........

......whatever.............imo, THE FDIC IS PURE EVIL by trying to SEIZE our income tax refund..............this ITR grab is worse than SEIZING the F/-ing THRIFT in the 1st place....................$4 per in frankie's pudding does heal some of OUR - OUR pain and suffering.........aimho......
